Processing Time

• All orders require 2–3 business days for processing. Processing time does not include shipping time and begins once payment is confirmed.

Massachusetts Clients (Being Serviced In-Person)

• For Massachusetts clients who are also scheduled for a service with me, processing and shipping may occur together.

In these cases, total turnaround time may take up to 5 business days from order confirmation.

Hair-Only Purchases (No Service Appointment)

• For clients purchasing hair without an in-person service appointment, orders are shipped via USPS.

Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after processing is completed.
